The aircraft in question was a Transavia aircraft that arrived from Alicante at 11.47 am.

The fire brigade of Eindhoven Airport said it had the incident under control quickly. No fire is visible, the landing gear was cooled as a precaution. All occupants left the aircraft and were received. The aircraft in question was a Transavia aircraft that arrived from Alicante at 11.47 am.

The airport said passengers and crew from Alicante have all disembarked. and air traffic on  Eindhoven Airport was resumed after more than 5 minutes of stoppage due to an incident with the aircraft's hot brakes. According to the security region, none of the 160 passengers was injured. The cause of the hot brakes was unknown and could not be investigated until the brakes were cooled.
