The bankruptcy trustee also annulled the loan agreements and the associated pledges on the grounds of a creditors' disadvantage.

In the bankruptcy report indicates the curator to further investigate possible improper management and acts of Pauline conduct. The agenda also includes research into administration and compliance with accounting obligations.
