The Czech Ministry of the Interior announces that the Czech Republic will reopen its borders with Germany and Austria tomorrow. Extensive border controls are also coming to an end. The ministry warns that foreigners must be able to prove that they have been tested negative for the corona virus. The police will also carry out random checks.

The Czech authorities have already somewhat relaxed the strict border measures for business people and students from other EU countries in recent weeks. A restriction on tourism remains, according to the authorities.
