In parallel, Wayan Traversat, XR SME & Software Engineer at ASML, provided a compelling overview of ASML's approach to customer care.

ASML, known for its high-tech solutions, sees customer care as a critical part of its business strategy. The integration of cutting-edge technologies is central, as Wayan illustrated during his presentation.

In another room, a quiet revolution in intralogistics was unveiled by Leonid Poliakov, Senior Account Executive AR at TeamViewer. He discussed the concept of 'pick-by-vision', a technology that has the potential to significantly increase efficiency in warehouses by providing workers with augmented reality glasses to help them pick products.

Deloitte

TeamViewer has also announced a partnership with Deloitte to digitalize manual work processes in the crucial areas of supply chain and logistics. This collaboration focuses on establishing vision picking as the leading standard for complex warehouse operations. As part of this collaboration, TeamViewer and Deloitte will implement the powerful combination of TeamViewer's vision picking solution and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), supported by Deloitte's experienced logistics consultants.

Nicolas Rosseel, Alliance Lead and Ide De Clercq, EWM Manager at Deloitte, added another dimension to the theme of efficiency improvement with their presentation on transforming warehouse efficiency through the use of augmented reality in operational processes. Their insights highlighted how AR technologies can redefine operations within warehouses.

Stijn Van Hoof, SAP EWM & TM CoE Lead at Deloitte, explains: “With this collaboration, we support customers in digitally transforming their logistics processes and addressing their most pressing business challenges in this area. Companies using SAP EWM can seamlessly benefit from both Deloitte's comprehensive consulting services and TeamViewer's industry-leading AR platform to improve their warehouse logistics processes and overall picking efficiency.”

Vandemoortele

Finally, Koen Paeye, warehouse manager at Vandemoortele, shared his success story about implementing pick-by-vision in his operations. Vandemoortele's case served as a practical example of how these technologies can be applied to optimize daily operations.

The Vandemoortele Group, European market leader in the production of bakery products and margarines, oils and fats, has recently taken an important step in the digitalization of its warehouse processes. This was made possible through the implementation of TeamViewer's Augmented Reality (AR) platform Frontline, which is specifically designed to increase the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations.

At the warehouse in Izegem, Belgium, the operators now wear smart AR glasses that guide them through the entire picking process. These glasses display clear instructions for the next item to choose directly in the employees' field of view. This system is fully voice-controlled, leaving your hands free for operating the pallet trucks and actually collecting the products.

TeamViewer Experience Day

De TeamViewer Experience Day offered a rich mix of technological insights and practical examples that not only informed but also inspired visitors. The event underlined the importance of innovation in customer service and operational efficiency, which is crucial for companies that want to stay at the forefront of the rapidly changing technological landscape.
