If you want to travel by train to or from Rotterdam Central this coming weekend, you will have to find an alternative because there are no trains to and from Rotterdam Central. During the weekend of Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 June, Rotterdam Central Station will not be accessible by rail, due to work being carried out by ProRail. Extra crowds and extra travel time must be taken into account. Rotterdam Central and the shops are open as usual.

Since 20 May, ProRail has been working on the track around Rotterdam in various phases worked. These activities are part of the Rijswijk-Rotterdam High-Frequency Rail Transport Programme.
