Together with Technolution, Social Fund Mobility is taking on the challenge of developing a digital interface.

Last week, at the invitation of the Social Fund Mobility, the most important ICT players on the market gathered in Culemborg to contribute ideas about the digital implementation of the collective labor agreement in the agenda packages. In short, this means that from 1 March two types of services have been specified in the Collective Labor Agreement, MaxFlex and Service Blocks. It is the intention that the type of service and the times must be made known to SFM the day before via a portal.

This portal has not yet been developed but the research is currently in full swing. For this, software companies were invited to the information meeting/workshop for the development SFM the Alvast portal. paid time† Not an easy and self-evident job for the SFM, because linking data from different sources must meet all possible requirements set by the legislator.

The challenges are therefore great for SFM and director Henk van Gelderen took the opportunity to indicate that taxi companies must already record in their own administration how the services are deployed. The fact that there will soon be a digital way to record this in the SFM portal is a bonus. Until the moment that this portal is put into operation, companies do not have to inform SFM of the type of service and the working hours in advance, but this must be apparent from their own administration.

Together with Technolution, SFM takes up the challenge of developing a digital interface that must be supported by the suppliers of agenda packages. A not impossible task in which the main focus must be on linking service data to drivers. The information from the mandatory on-board computer (BCT) must be able to be linked without any doubt to the previously specified service data in the SFM portal. This may include a REST link in which even the TOMP API may be taken into consideration according to insiders.

controversial

The new rules for Maxflex and Service Blocks that were included in the Collective Labor Agreement are already controversial. Despite the approval of the collective labor agreement among all partners involved, including the members of the KNV, noise and dissatisfaction can be heard in the market. This will probably also be on the agenda in the new collective labor agreement negotiations. Whether before that time the link on the digital was put into use remains to be seen. In any case, this will not be due to the Mobility Fund, the central point of contact for the taxi industry, and the suppliers of agenda packages.
