Even more fear, more tension and even more gruesome than in previous years in the amusement park in Biddinghuizen. Still, last Saturday was called to stay at home and not to travel to Walibi Holland. Due to the massive crowds and especially the way in which the busy day in the park went on Saturday, the management has decided to immediately stop the Halloween activities and close the park a week earlier than previously announced.

Halloween Fright Nights and Halloween Spooky Days will also be canceled on October 11th. You can just visit the amusement park for a regular day at Walibi Holland. There is no Halloween entertainment. The park is still open until 11 p.m. on 23.00 October.

“We were surprised by the heavy rainfall. People took shelter and we noticed that keeping a distance of 1,5 meters from each other was no longer possible. We handed out mouth masks. But, also given the current developments around the virus, it does not feel good to continue with this, ”said a spokesman for the ANP.

Everyone who visited Walibi on October 10 receives one free ticket for the 2021 season (valid until the end of August 2021). The reason for this is the great crowds and disruptions that occurred. If you had a ticket before Saturday 10 October but did not come to the park, then you are eligible for the compensation scheme. You will receive an email about the compensation scheme of the amusement park no later than November. The park would remain open until November 1 due to the Halloween festivities. That closure has now been brought forward a week to October 25.
