Despite the consequences of the corona crisis, airlines are still trying to get back on track as much as possible and get back on track. Airline company Wizz Air, recently announced two new routes through a press release on their website. The new route is from Iași (Romania) and Craiova (Romania) to Birmingham in Great Britain. Flights from Iași to Birmingham start on October 23rd and operate twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays. Flights from Craiova to Birmingham start on October 24 and operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays. This is the second route from Craiova to Great Britain and the eighth in the WIZZ network from Craiova, while from Iași the new service is the third connection to Great Britain. Birmingham is Britain's second largest city with a strong business and industrial center. This creates a lot of employment.

Wizz Air also announced this week that they will resume their flights between Belgrade (Serbia) and Larnaca (Cyprus). They will resume these flights from October 18. The flights are available twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays. The resumption of flights is the competence of Cyprus, which has decided to move Serbia from Category C countries to Category B countries. As a result, Serbian citizens are allowed to enter the island with a negative PCR test, which is not older than 72 hours.

For a safe and comfortable journey with Wizz Air, the company has implemented a series of improved hygiene measures to optimize the health and safety of customers and crew. As part of these new protocols, both cabin crew and passengers must wear face masks during the flight, cabin crew must also wear gloves. Wizz Air's aircraft undergo a regular nebulization process with an antiviral solution and, according to WIZZ's strict daily cleaning schedule, all of the airline's aircraft are further disinfected overnight with the same antiviral solution. Purchases on board are encouraged by contactless payment. Passengers are requested to follow physical distance measures put in place by the local health authority and encouraged to make all purchases online (eg Checked Baggage, WIZZ Priority, High Speed ​​Security Rail) to minimize potential airport contact.
