Trees for All receives a contribution of 1 million euros from the Postcode Lottery to plant more trees in the Netherlands and abroad. During the Coffee Time program, director Simone Groenendijk was surprised with the check. With this donation, Trees for All will be able to plant many more trees domestically and support reforestation projects in developing countries and Europe over the next three years.

During an interview in Coffee Time, Simone was surprised: 

“It is really fantastic that the Postcode Lottery supports us. With this great contribution of 1 million euros, we can support even more forest projects at home and abroad and help even more people in the fight against climate change. ”

Plant trees together

Every year, 10 billion trees disappear net. The consequences for people, animals and the climate are disastrous. That's why Trees for All greening the earth. How? By planting new forests, protecting and restoring existing forests and by making people aware of the importance of trees.

Thanks to participants of the Postcode Lottery

On March 5, the Postcode Lottery will announce how much it can donate to charities this year, thanks to the participation of millions of participants. Last year, the Postcode Lottery was able to donate more than 370,6 million euros to charities in the field of people and nature. Since its foundation in 1989, the lottery has donated over € 5,8 billion to hundreds of charities and social initiatives.
