It's time! The area around the Museum Steam Tram Hoorn-Medemblik is in full bloom again. Bello and the other historic steam trams take visitors on a journey as the region is at its most beautiful. A colorful collection of tulips surrounds the railway line between Hoorn and Medemblik. With the many hundreds of colorful flowers in bloom, the mobile museum even offers a Tulip Guarantee.
Bello-Tulips
The tulip guarantee already starts at the Tram station in Hoorn. Further along the route, between Wognum and Twisk, the steam tram passes the colorful bulb fields.
The Time Journey along the West Frisian tulips traditionally attracts a lot of interest from home and abroad. The trip could not be made for two years due to the Corona measures, but this year extra steam tram rides will be organized again to allow all lovers of the beautiful colors to enjoy.
Easter and May holiday
The steam tram and the connecting boat service between Enkhuizen and Medemblik run daily, but have a more extensive timetable on both Easter days (17 & 18 April) and during the May holidays from 30 April. Along the way, the youngest visitors can discover Bello's coal fire and much more on the steam safari treasure hunt.
