The number of corona infections is increasing at a rapid pace. On Monday, the corona measures were tightened again by our government during a national press conference. The measures are aimed at limiting the risk of crowds and the number of social contact moments between people, without locking up society and the economy. These tightened measures that have now been taken will apply for at least 3 weeks and then our government will review how things are going. Prime Minister Mark Rutte announced during the press conference that shoppers in the major cities of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague are advised to wear a face mask. He also said that wearing masks is not an obligation, but that retailers can refuse customers who do not want to wear masks. The CBR reports on their website that from Wednesday 30 September throughout the country, a face mask must be worn in all public areas of the CBR. This rule applies to course participants, driver trainers, exam candidates and CBR employees, or everyone who enters the CBR building. Visitors will receive a mouth mask upon entering the building, provided by the CBR. As soon as the candidate is sitting at the exam table inside, the mouth mask may be removed. Wearing a mouth mask was already normal during the practical exam.
