The secretariat of the foundation, housed by the business umbrella organization Royal Dutch Transport, and located in the administrative heart of the Netherlands, the Malietoren in The Hague is looking for a TX-Keur manager. The foundation is the national quality mark of the taxi industry.

What is TX-Keur?

Consumers and clients of taxi transport must be assured that travelers are transported in a safe, responsible and comfortable way. That is why TX approval hallmark holders meet strict requirements. The foundation provides information about quality to stakeholders and is committed to the importance of a high level of quality in the taxi industry. 

Not only individual consumers, but also healthcare institutions, health insurers, governments and companies rely on healthcare and taxi transport day in and day out. The TX-Keur Foundation has a managing, controlling, organizing, sanctioning and informative role with regard to the stichting  Nearly 2.000 taxi companies now hold the label, which accounts for approximately 17.000 certified taxis.

Who is the new manager?

He or she directs and gives substance to the work of a team of four employees and acts as a link between the executive office and the board and ensures that the foundation can fulfill its role as an independent quality institute in the taxi industry. This new manager is able to further improve the reputation of the taxi brand by carrying out a communication campaign, but is a showcase for the TX hallmark for both hallmark holders and clients and acts as a spokesperson where necessary.

Perhaps the biggest challenge is developing and launching a nationwide customer assessment tool. The candidate must be able to carefully weigh the interests of the label and the interests of a label holder.
