Together with Antwerp's DTM, one of the larger taxi companies in Belgium, Green Mobility has signed a cooperation agreement and signed a letter of intent to bring the GreenMobility urban car concept to the three largest cities in Belgium. DTM's knowledge and experience in the field of mobility, combined with a strong synergy between the taxi and car-sharing activities, will form the basis of the partnership in Belgium. We have been very well received by the municipalities concerned and cannot wait to get started.

Steve Van Avermaet, CEO of DTM, is “enthusiastic about this agreement and looks forward to the rollout of GreenMobility in Belgium. We see a strong opportunity to combine our local knowledge with GreenMobility's proven EV car-sharing concept. We have always developed our business by expanding in new directions and we are convinced that a smooth, free-floating car-sharing service will entice more people to leave their private cars in favor of all other forms of mobility, including public transport, car sharing and taxis. ”

This week we passed the milestone of 50.000 users in Copenhagen, up from 38.000 at the beginning of this year. The 12.000 new customers helped us to save 2019 tons of CO267 emissions in 2. We have 400 cars in Copenhagen, all 100% electric, and most of our growth is based on word of mouth. That is why GreenMobility is also looking for more partners in Belgium.

GreenMobility offers modern city dwellers easy, flexible and sustainable transport in the form of electric, shared city cars. Users can access these cars through the GreenMobility app. Trips are paid per minute. Today GreenMobility has 400 cars in Copenhagen; and 250 cars in Oslo, together with cooperative partner VY. More than 65.000 people have already registered with GreenMobility.
