Today, the Supreme Court ruled in the lawsuit filed by ten Hungarian drivers against their former employer Silo Tank Kft. The ruling of the Supreme Court relates to the question whether the Hungarian drivers should have received Dutch wages for the international transport in the period 2007-2012.
