The sun is shining and the terraces are happily open again, but the festivals, no. We can no longer live without it. Saturday 4 July, at a secret location somewhere in the Netherlands, the very first dance festival of the year. Despite the corona crisis and the ban on major events, there will be a festival this summer where people can enjoy live music at 1,5 meters. 

Radio station SLAM! namely organizes a competition with which listeners have a chance to be present at the so-called Ferris wheel. Hhe festival takes place on 4 July in a secret location in the Netherlands and can accommodate 240 invited partygoers. They then take a safe distance in one of the trays of a giant Ferris wheel in which the party takes place. 

Slam! takes the corona measures very seriously during the Ferris wheel and follows RIVM's advice closely. A maximum of fifty people are allowed in the Ferris wheel at the same time and after every hour, after thorough disinfection, the party group is changed. The five-hour party line-up will be announced shortly. Listeners can participate in the competition from today. 

The winners will be chosen from Wednesday and will then receive a personal message about the exact location of the festival. Afterwards there will be on the YouTube channel SLAM! shared a video recording of the event.
