The court has decided that transport on fixed routes around Arnhem-South may simply be forgiven to Willemsen-de Koning as of August. Competitor Noot from Ede filed a lawsuit against Target Group Transport Region Arnhem-Nijmegen (DRAN), because it says that the company would wrongly miss several million.

The judge did not consider new negotiations necessary and states that DRAN is the area Willemsen-the King may assign. The new contracts concluded by DRAN with carriers for various routes are to take effect in August.

The eighteen municipalities in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region and the province of Gelderland work together on regional target group transport.
