Almost for free
The almost-free subscription only applies within the municipal boundary of Arnhem. It was made possible through a collaboration between the municipality of Arnhem, the province of Gelderland and Connexxion. With a bus ride from Arnhem to outside the municipality, only the part outside Arnhem has to be paid. This will also make bus journeys outside the municipality cheaper.
