Following, among other things, the agreement of the European and Dutch competition authorities, the takeover of Landal GreenParks by Roompot can take place on Tuesday 18 April.
Roompot and Landal GreenParks have been allowed to continue together by the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). Previously, the travel providers already received approval at European level. Roompot and Landal GreenParks together offer unforgettable holidays at 305 holiday destinations in eleven European countries. Nothing will change for the guests.
Roompot and Landal GreenParks are pleased with the approval of the ACM. Following, among other things, the agreement of the European and Dutch competition authorities, the takeover of Landal GreenParks by Roompot can take place on Tuesday 18 April.
Together Roompot and Landal GreenParks will form one organization and thus offer the most versatile and best quality holiday choice to their guests; from your feet in the sand to the snow and from an unforgettable holiday in nature to a carefree summer holiday in Southern Europe. From spacious camping pitches to luxury design villas and from tiny houses to beach villas, including sustainable lodges and luxury camping options at the farmer. All this at 305 holiday destinations in eleven European countries.
Roompot and Landal GreenParks will start with the integration of both organizations. A first step in the integration is the composition of a joint management. As announced in June 2021, the company wishes to maintain a regional spread of employees and to make optimal use of talents in an international setting. It will therefore operate from several offices in the Netherlands and be represented abroad via regional offices. The parks of Landal GreenParks can now be booked on the Landal GreenParks website and the Roompot range on the Roompot website.
In addition, Dormio Group will take over 30 Dutch parks Roompot and Landal GreenParks. This was a condition of ACM when Roompot took over Landal GreenParks. Dormio Group will also take over the involved park employees and the previous bookings made by the guests, according to the travel providers. The parties involved do not communicate about the financial conditions.
