The fastest way to get a Germany ticket is through the DB Navigator app. Customers can also take out a subscription on bahn.de and in all DB travel centres. Anyone who already has a local transport subscription with DB has already been offered the option to switch to the Germany ticket. By switching, about three-quarters of DB customers can travel more cheaply than their previous season ticket.
BahnCard 100 customers also benefit: The BahnCard 100 is also valid as Germany ticket. The currently more than 46.000 BahnCard 100 customers incur no additional costs for this. For Deutsche Bahn, the Germany ticket offers the opportunity to inspire even more people to use local public transport, according to the German railway company.
