Uber goes with it to expand of the service cooperate with external booking agencies. It is not known which ticket platforms these are, but names that are singing around are those of Booking.com and Expedia, where Dara Khosrowshahi previously acted as CEO before he took over the helm at Uber. The company will make money by collecting a service fee on the bookings.

From this summer, train and bus reservations should be available on the app. Later this year, Uber plans to include flights and in the future hotels by integrating leading partners into the Uber app to create a seamless door-to-door travel experience.
