As of September 1, 2021, Munckhof will be the new transport partner for Closed Bus Transport of the Ministry of Defence. That is the outcome of the European tender procedure that was recently completed. On August 4, the contract was signed at Camp New Amsterdam in Huis ter Heide by Colonel Dobben, Commander of the Defense Traffic and Transport Organization (DVVO) and Tom Roefs, General Director Munckhof Group. The signing of this contract guarantees the operational deployment of the armed forces in the field of private bus transport in Europe. The contract has a maximum term of four years.
Renowned transport partner
The quality team assessed Munckhof's tender as the tender with the best price-quality ratio. Colonel Dobben emphasizes that quality is an essential criterion for the DVVO.

Trusted Collaboration
The collaboration with the Ministry of Defense is not entirely new for Munckhof. Since February 2020, Munckhof has already partially carried out closed bus transport. In addition, Munckhof has been taking care of various taxi transport assignments for several years.
