The ANWB will collaborate with Eneco eMobility in offering charging points and issuing charging cards for owners of electric cars. ANWB, together with Eneco, has developed an offer to make home charging attractive for everyone who drives an electric car. Customers charge with all charging stations and cards on 100% green electricity from European sun and wind.

Customers gain online insight into their charging transactions. It also indicates how much CO2 emissions the environment has been saved. Drivers of an electric car can request a charging point via anwb.nl. The charging point is then ordered and installed by Eneco. With Eneco's expertise, the customer is taken step by step with the application and the customer also receives advice for the best charging solution.

Joris Laponder, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Eneco eMobility, is pleased with the collaboration: “The ANWB is an authority in the field of mobility and with its reach can make the difference in sustainable mobility for consumers. Eneco eMobility has more than ten years of experience in offering, installing and maintaining home charging points. Both organizations put the customer first, but together we form a unique combination where energy and mobility come together. Now that we are joining forces, we hope to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility in the market. ”

ANWB and Eneco are going for a long-term partnership in which they continue to develop their joint offer to facilitate sustainable mobility. The number of private drivers of an electric car will increase sharply in the coming years. The ANWB would like to help its members in this transition. The purchase of a charging station is expensive and complicated. In the coming years, the range will be even better attuned to the needs of the private electric driver. This includes innovative new products, payment options, subscriptions and product combinations.
