Last week, 20 new KIA electric vehicles were delivered by KIA VDNS from Venlo. With the purchase of these 20 KIA e-Souls, Munckhof invests in making its fleet more sustainable. The vehicles, together with 15 previously purchased KIA e-Niros, will mainly be used for Avan's WMO transport from the beginning of August.

Sustainability within Munckhof
Munckhof has been working on making its fleet more sustainable for some time. There is continuous focus and further development on the transition to sustainable fuels and / or electric vehicles. Besides that this implementation fits with the vision of Munckhof, the demand from clients is also increasing.

'Sustainability was an important pillar in the tender for the passenger transport of Avan. We then looked for a sustainable mobility solution, which resulted in the purchase of the new electric vehicles. Thanks to this investment, we can provide 100% electric transport now and in the future, 'says Eric van de Munckhof, director of Munckhof Techniek.

Electric vehicles are the future
Sustainability is also high on the agenda at KIA. Developments are fast and the demand for electric cars is high. The KIA e-Soul and the KIA e-Niro are among the best-selling EV models, this is partly due to the high range and the very complete equipment level. 'We are therefore very pleased to be able to supply these to Munckhof', says Maarten Peeters KIA Manager VDNS Venlo.

'Since the end of last year we have had a pleasant cooperation with Munckhof. As one of the best-performing dealer groups in the Netherlands, VDNS can provide excellent service to both individuals and organizations. An advantage in the cooperation with Munckhof is our ability, despite limited edition, to quickly follow up on the demand for new KIAs. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so we are happy to go the extra mile ', says Frank Sonnemans, director VDNS Venlo.
