You can then draw up a conversion statement for each vehicle in accordance with the specifications of the issued Construction Change Approval (GWC).

So be careful with what you have mounted in the car. If RDW or the Ministry does issue guidelines and the installed screen does not comply, the screen will have to be replaced by a copy that does comply with these guidelines. Months after the coronavirus outbreak, there is no solution that meets a CE mark.
