Sunweb Group freezes canceled travel prices for one year. Travelers who saw their holiday fall into the water will therefore be able to book the same holiday again for the same price. When the hotels or flights become more expensive, the original rate remains in effect. The traveler will therefore not have to pay extra. Any early booking discounts are also not lost.

The tour operators of Sunweb Group (Sunweb, Eliza was here and Totally) will freeze for a year the prices of the booked vacations that were canceled due to the corona crisis. The group announced this. The main concern of customers was that handing in a voucher would not be of value after the corona crisis of the originally booked trip.

"If prices drop, travelers will still be able to use the voucher and reclaim the difference," said Tim Van den Bergh, the group's CCO.

Travelers can also book another holiday with the voucher. In that case, however, the latest rates will take effect. If you do not use the voucher after a year, you can request a full refund.
