getting rid of backlogs this year

The CBR is considering making theoretical and driving tests possible again by keeping sufficient distance during the theory exams and placing special foil between candidate and examiner for the driving exams. The special foil is intended to prevent the spread of the coronavirus because there is no physical contact. The idea is currently being tested, if it works it will be submitted to it RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment) and the RDW (Road Traffic Service) for approval, said Alexander Pechtold (director of CBR).
