KLM recently published the policy on package travel regarding changing or canceling a booking due to the Corona virus. The trip will be canceled by KLM and the full travel sum will be refunded in the form of a voucher. Administration costs of € 35 per person will be deducted from the voucher.

The voucher will be sent automatically by email within a few weeks. The traveler does not need to take any further action for this. The package travel voucher has the value of the previously booked package holiday including the value of any discount voucher used and does not include a € 10 booking fee. Administration costs of € 35 per person apply and will be deducted from the voucher. 

The voucher is redeemable up to and including December 31, 2020, for travel up to and including January 31, 2021. The voucher is valid on the combination of flight, hotel and / or car rental. Other and additional costs and / or services (booking costs, excursions, transfers, etc.) are for your own account.

Change and cancellation policy for risk areas according to travel advice from Foreign Affairs (code red) with departure until April 30, 2020, or when KLM (or partner) cannot perform the flight.
