During a hearing the judge indicated that the parties should consider a possible settlement. The judge first allows Schipholtaxi and Tesla to consult each other. The judge only wants to have a judgment in the case about the technical problems with the Teslas of the drivers of Schipholtaxi in four weeks.

They want 86.000 euros back from manufacturer Tesla, and compensation. Last year, the five drivers filed a case against the car manufacturer.
