Last Friday took Steve Hesselink, General Manager of the BIOS-group the new premises at Bahialaan 400 in Rotterdam are officially in use. This took place in the presence of many invitees from all the different companies that have been housed within this beautiful building.
The official sounding of the gong at the opening (photo) in the spacious atrium with a wooden floor and a water feature that extends above, is the start of a new period for the BIOS group.

Last September, contracts were signed for housing on the Bahialaan, part of the Rotterdam office park Brainpark III. The company was located in Villa Trompenburg, a stately office villa in Kralingen in Rotterdam. The villa, which was occupied in 2012, had simply become too small to accommodate all of the group's activities comfortably and efficiently. Modernization was complicated by the status of the building as a national monument.

The inspiring office building of 2700 m2 is a design by the Rotterdam Broekbakema Architects and stands out for its beautiful architecture. All companies and 'labels' have been brought together over four floors.
