In response to protracted problems with the software supplier, FNV has taken the FNV Taxi Hours App offline. Until one solution found for the problems with the app, it is best to use the accountability sheet to keep track of your hours.

The union had the hours app made 3 years ago. The intention was that you could keep track of the hours worked and check whether your employer is paying the correct salary. A good idea, but unfortunately they had to take the app offline. The software company was unable to create a properly functioning app.

According to FNV, the collaboration was therefore terminated. Because the app is offline and no one can access his or her account anymore, this is a very annoying event and FNV has no solution at the moment.

Successful launch of the FNV Taxi hours app

The real reason remains a bit obscure. The union was nevertheless proud in 2018 when more than 600 taxi drivers started using the app.

“There were some startup problems in the beginning, but the bugs were removed and the app now works even better. With the app you can easily keep track of all your hours, calculate your salary and compare it with your salary slip. ”, Said the FNV spokesman,

Not everyone was able to register because no confirmation email was sent. Some drivers received an error when entering contract data. Many new users had submitted points for improvement with which FNV started working. Unfortunately, the plug has been pulled out.
