Autogas Day will take place on Friday September 27, part of the 32nd World LPG Forum and European Congress, which will take place from September 24-27, 2019 at the Hilton Hotel Amsterdam. The day starts with an international one conference where attention is given to driving on LPG and where national and local initiatives are highlighted and discussed.

The aim of Autogas Day is to raise awareness of LPG internationally, as a cleaner fuel for cars in particular. LPG is recognized worldwide as the most important alternative fuel for cars.

Small role in the Climate Agreement.

LPG plays only a minor role in the Climate Agreement, which means that the Netherlands may miss opportunities in the short term for rapid and cost-efficient sustainability. Autogas Day focuses on policy makers, media, fleet managers, car dealers, leasing companies, corporate customers, students and consumers.

During Autogas Day, the latest innovations will be discussed, as well as the state of the market and experience stories. The day offers extensive opportunities to make new contacts.

'Autogas Day' was created in 2018 in the Netherlands and organized by the Platform Autogas, part of the trade association VVG (Liquid Gas Association). Various LPG suppliers and LPG system builders are affiliated with the Autogas Platform. Following this successful initiative, the first Autogas Day worldwide will take place this year. This is organized by the global LPG industry association WLPGA together with the European industry organization Liquid Gas Europe.
