Arno van Haasterecht will start on Monday 5 August as the new general manager Trevvel Rotterdam where he will replace Interim director Aad Romijn. Trevvel has now successfully handled all transport for the municipality of Rotterdam for about a year and a half. This concerns between 5000 and 7000 journeys per day.

Accessible manager with an authentic leadership style.

The new general manager is known as a taccessible manager with an authentic leadership style. Invest with great enthusiasm and energy in people for achieving solid results is the main motive.

In his previous position he was vresponsible for the daily operations within the B2B NL network of DHL Parcel Service Benelux and functional manager of 14 Terminal Managers.

As van Haasterecht himself writes, he opts for approach, vision and depth and is allergic for dawdling, loose stuff and superficiality.

"Where's my taxi going?" Liza replies?

It is by no means true that Haasterecht ends up in a spread bed. Despite tremendous efforts in the past period on the quality of transport and services for travelers, Trevvel innovates in all areas and will continue to do so in the coming years.

The latest innovation was the introduction of Liza, the latest addition to the call center. Liza is Started in April as a digital call center employee at Trevvel and knows better than anyone how to quickly answer questions from travelers. The advantage for the traveler is that they have to wait much less when they call. Liza is always available between 06.00 a.m. and 01.00 a.m. and transfers remain possible because Liza does not take over all telephone calls.
