Taxistop now offers social transport in the nineteen municipalities of the capital region. The service is renamed mobitwin. To make the expansion possible, 100 additional volunteers are being sought. Anyone who is less mobile, cannot or does not dare to take public transport, can now contact Mobitwin.

The former transport service Taxistop changed its name and is now offered throughout the region. For that it is still looking for a lot of volunteers. The social transport service Taxistop has been established in Flanders for about thirty years and in Wallonia for ten years. However, the initiative in Brussels was difficult to get off the ground.

Until recently mobitwin known as the Less Mobility Central of Taxi stop . This tailor-made service is usually offered by the municipality or the OCMW (sometimes by an independent organization) and has been successful for 30 years in Flanders and 10 years in Wallonia. In the Brussels region, the service has recently been coordinated by Taxistop itself. The municipalities of Jette, Uccle and Watermael-Boitsfort have their own Mobitwin Desk.
